Heartbeat sensors are built into the grips of the weapons, which the game uses to detect who is creeped out and can't keep their cool. This is made more difficult by the 4D features such as wind effects and vibrations, thanks to which players can literally feel the monsters' breath on their necks. The very brave can also play the game entirely in 3D using the glasses provided.
